Hi, I'm Deb.

I can’t wait to get to know you, but first, let me pull back the curtain and share my story—the raw, real, and unfiltered version.

Five years ago, I hit a wall. Actually, it felt more like a train wreck. I was living what looked like the dream life on paper—traveling the world, smashing glass ceilings as a corporate exec, and climbing ladders faster than most people could process their emails. But behind the scenes? My health was a ticking time bomb. I had neglected my body for the hustle, and I paid the price.

Then life threw me a curveball. I lost my father, and my mother’s battle with Alzheimer’s meant I had to step away from what I thought was my “dream job” to care for her full-time. For five years, I poured my soul into caregiving, but somewhere along the way, I lost me.

By the time my mom passed, I hardly recognized myself. I was 130 pounds overweight and carrying a laundry list of health conditions—not to mention the emotional toll of grief, exhaustion, and sheer burnout. I felt like a stranger in my own skin.

But God—bless Him—sent me a lifeline. A health coach entered my life and sparked something I thought I had lost: hope. For the next year, I clawed my way back, step by messy step. It wasn’t glamorous, and it wasn’t easy. And just when I thought I was regaining my footing, life struck again. I lost my sister—the person who knew me better than anyone else in the world.

That loss? It nearly broke me. I spiraled into a deep depression, and my hard-earned progress slipped through my fingers. But here’s what I learned in the darkest season of my life: mental health is everything.

It’s the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. Without it, nothing else sticks.

In my journey back to the light, I discovered tools that changed everything—tools for focus, clarity, and resilience. I learned that to heal your body, you have to start with your mind. And from there, everything else begins to fall into place.

This journey? It’s been messy and full of detours, but it’s also been the most Dividerprofound gift. It led me to my purpose—to help others find their own way back to vitality, joy, and balance.
